Members present: Chair Neal Carpenter, (NC); Vince Ammendola, (VA); Tim Flanagan, (TF); David Lane, (DL); Joseph Strauch, (JS); Dick Ferren, (DF)
Absent with notification: Rose Fitzgerald Casey, (RFC);
Staff present: Peggy Ammendola, Land Use Clerk (PA)
Dog Park-Informal discussion with Selectman Ken Fowler-Due to a conflict, Mr. Fowler could not attend.
Approve Minutes: March 7, 2017-TF made a motion to approve the minutes as amended. JS seconded the motion and the Commission voted to agree 5-0-1. DF abstained as he was not at this meeting.
Other Business:
- 921 East St. Sean Tucker spoke to NC about putting in a new septic system. NC went to the site and told Mr. Tucker to first have the system approved by Tri-Town Health Department and then file an RDA.
- Rolling Hills-Map 27 Parcel 69The Building Inspector asked the Commission to sign off on the construction of a 20’X24’ shed. NC went to the site and said that wetlands are not an issue.
- 405 Pittsfield Rd.-Trailer Park. Owner Michael Deep wishes to demolish trailers and pour three slabs. The Building Inspector asked the Commission to sign off. NC went to the site, but could not determine the precise location. The Building Inspector was asked to have Mr. Deep call NC.
- Water lines on the Bypass off of Plunkett-Foresight Land Services will be filing an NOI
DL made a motion to adjourn and JS seconded the motion. The Commission voted to agree 6-0 and the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM.
