Certificate of Compliance, Green, Osborne H., 150 West Street, Map 42-8, DEP # 198-0256.~On February 24, 2015, Attorney Jeffrey Lynch requested via email a C of C on the Order of Conditions filed at the Registry of Deeds on July 16, 2010. NC went to the site on July 10, 2013 and determined that the owner had complied with the Order.
DF made a motion to issue the C of C and RFC seconded the motion. The Commission voted to agree
7-0.
Approve Minutes:
February 5, 2015-RFC made a motion to approve the minutes as written. JS seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 6-0-1. DL abstained as he was not present at that meeting.
February 19, 2015-DL made a motion to approve the minutes with one edit. DF seconded the motion and the Commission voted to approve 5-0-2. RFC and NC abstained as they were not present at that meeting.
RFC made a motion to adjourn at 7:40 PM and DF seconded the motion. The Commission voted to agree 7-0.
