Members present:
Chair Neal Carpenter, NC; Joe Strauch, JS; Tim Flanagan, TF; Vince Ammendola, VA; Rose Fitzgerald Casey, RFC; David Lane, DL
Request for Determination of Applicability, Allegrone Construction Co. Inc. 150 Pittsfield Rd., Map 22 Parcel 34. The proposed project is for the construction of a 60’by 107’ building addition, access drive and multiple parking areas.
Bob Fournier presented the RDA. Allegrone will have their offices at this location and some leasing spaces.
There was a site visit on December 5, 2009. Attending were NC, TF, JS, VA and Sarah Shultz of SK Design. At that time Ms.Shultz said that she would have updated plans at this meeting. Mr. Fournier did not have those plans and as a result, all agreed to continue the hearing.
DL made a motion to continue to January 7, 2010 at 7:30 pm and RFC seconded the motion. The Commission voted to agree 6-0.
Mr. Fournier also filed an RDA for Interstate Biofuels. The Commission will hear the RDA on January 7, 2009 at 7:45 pm. A site visit will be this Saturday December 19, 2009 at 8:00 am.
Minutes of December 3, 2009: JS made a motion to approve the minutes and DL seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 6-0.
RFC made a motion to adjourn at 7:55 pm and VA seconded the motion. The Commission voted to approve 6-0.
