Tonight’s meeting was to approve the Scenic Mountain Act and Map for submission to the Board of Selectmen for their approval. Once the BOS approve, the next step in the process will be the approval of the Attorney General.
All members of the Commission have reviewed and approved both the Scenic Mountain Act and Map.
JS made a motion to approve the Scenic Mountain Act and Map and VA seconded the motion. The Commission approved 4-0.
