Members present: Chair Neal Carpenter, NC; Rose Fitzgerald Casey, RFC; Joe Strauch, JS; Dick Ferren, DF; Tim Flanagan, TF;
Absent with notification: David Lane, DL
Minutes of February 1, 2007: JS made a motion to approve the minutes with minor edits and TF seconded the motion. The Board approved 5-0.
Scenic Mountain Act: The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. The Commission, after considerable review of the two Scenic Mountain Acts adopted by Richmond and Monterey, Massachusetts, decided to modify the Scenic Mountain Act of Monterey for the Town of Lenox. This evening’s meeting was dedicated to making those modifications. The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
