Members present: Chair Neal Carpenter (NC); Rose Fitzgerald Casey (RFC); Tim Flanagan (TM); Joe Strauch (JS);
Absent with notification: David Lane (DL); Dick Ferren (DF)
Also in attendance were Laura Saldarini and Heidi Ferren.
There was nothing on the Agenda for tonight’s meeting.
Lenox Gateway: NC stated that SK Design had provided to him updated plans at NC’s request and that they complied with his request to fix the silt and construction fence on the site.
McNinch, 384 East Street. NC has signed a Demolition Permit for a structure on this property.
Minutes of December 7, 2006: RFC made a motion to approve the minutes and JS seconded the motion. The Commission approved.
