Community Preservation Committee
Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will conduct a public informational hearing in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44B: Section 5(b)(1) on the current and future needs, possibilities and resources for community preservation projects. The hearing will include information regarding the application process and schedule for Fiscal Year 2018. The hearing will take place on Monday, May 15 at 6:00 PM at Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). Any person interested, or wishing to be heard, should appear at the designated time and place. If unable to attend, please submit written comments to the Community Preservation Committee, 6 Walker Street, Lenox MA 01240, or to gmiller@townoflenox.com. Copies of both the
Community Preservation Committee Plan and application material are available for inspection at the office of the Town Planner during regular business hours, as well as on the Lenox website.
