CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 8:00 pm on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Lenox for (Route 183) West St. The proposed project within the buffer zone is roadway reclamation, drainage and sewer impovements, sidewalk improvements, and pavement markings and signs.
