7:30 p.m. John E. Toole, 117 Main Street (Map 43, Parcel 70), Special Permit, Section 5.3.4.3 (formally Section 7.6 (c) for six square foot sign in a residential district. ( A four square foot is permitted.) Continued from September 3, 2008.
Shelly Williams, 8 Franklin Street (Map 43, Parcel 191). On May 7, 2008, the Zoning Board of Appeals granted a Special Permit under Section 9.7.2 - Outdoor Dining to allow seasonal outdoor dining as an accessory use to an eating establishment. In the decision the board agreed that the petitioner shall return to review the opening time based on any feedback during the busy season.
