Minutes
DK opened the meeting at 4:11 PM.
Members present: Dave Klausemeyer (DK), Chair, Jo Anne Magee (JM), Ellen Jacobson (EJ), Debbie Burke (DB) Kate McNulty-Vaughan (KMV) and Olga Weiss (OW).
Absent: Jackie McNinch
Also in attendance: Mary Albertson (MA), Town Planner.
Minutes: JM made a motion to approve the November 14, 2011 Minutes. DB seconded the motion and the Board voted 5-0-1 to approve. OW abstained because she did not attend the meeting.
The Trustees thanked JM for preparing the draft CPC application. Discussion ensued regarding the amount of the grant request. DK suggested $100,000. OW said the Historical Commission will be applying for CPA funds for the restoration of the Church on the Hill Cemetery. MA anticipates that other organizations such as Ventfort Hall, The Mount, the Planning Board and the Land Trust will file for CPA funding. JM and KMV each suggested $30,000. Additional discussion ensued. OW made a motion to apply for $30,000. EJ seconded the motion and the Trustees voted 6-0 to approve. MA suggested that any comments for corrections be submitted her by December 12. DK will sign the application.
The next meeting will be Tuesday – January 17, 2012 @ 3:15 PM.
