Minutes
Members present: Dave Klausemeyer (DK), Ellen Jacobson (EJ), Debbie Burke (DB), Olga Weiss (OW), Jo Anne Magee (JM) and Kate McNulty-Vaughan (KMV).
Absent: Roscoe Sandlin.
Also in attendance: Mary Albertson (MA), Town Planner.
DK opened the meeting at 4:23 PM
OW made a motion to approve the April 4, 2011 Minutes. Seconded by KMV and unanimously approved. JM abstained as she did not attend the April 4 - Meeting.
The consensus of the members was to continue the discussion regarding CPC funding recommendations to May 2, 2011 at 3:15 PM. At that time, the Trustees will determine if they want to take a formal vote regarding recommendations to Town Meeting.
Discussion ensued regarding the use of Affordable Housing Trust Funds to acquire rental or ownership housing units that qualify for inclusion on the state Subsidized Housing Inventory (SHI). JM made a motion that the goal for the use of the Affordable Housing Trust funds should be to achieve the state requirement that 10% of the town’s housing be listed on the SHI. DB seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.
KMV made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:30 PM. DB seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.
