Minutes
Members present: Dave Klausemeyer (DK), Ellen Jacobson (EJ), Debbie Burke (DB) and Kate McNulty-Vaughan (KMV).
Absent: Jo Anne Magee, Olga Weiss and Roscoe Sandlin.
Also in attendance: Mary Albertson (MA), Town Planner.
DK opened the meeting at 4:50 PM
EJ made a motion to approve the February 7, 2011 Minutes. Seconded by DB and unanimously approved.
Discussion ensued regarding the Fiscal Year 2012 CPC application. The Trustees applied for $100,000 for FY ’12. The committee agreed it is important to build reserves for the Trust. DK urged members to attend the CPC public hearing tonight at 7:00.
The next meeting will be April 4, 2011 @ 3:15 p.m.
