Minutes
Members present: Dave Klausemeyer (DK), Chair, Jo Anne Magee (JM), Ellen Jacobson (EJ), Kate McNulty-Vaughan (KMV), Debbie Burke (DB) and Olga Weiss (OW).
Absent: Roscoe Sandlin (RS).
Also in attendance: Mary Albertson (MA), Town Planner.
DK opened the meeting at 3:29 PM.
OW made a motion to approve the December 6, 2010 with three corrections. Seconded by JM and unanimously approved.
Discussion ensued regarding the Fiscal Year 2012 CPC application. KMV prepared a draft application. She is working on final revisions and will forward the document to members for review. Comments should be submitted to KMV by January 6th. The application is due January 13th @ 5:00 PM. Members thanked KMV for preparing the applications.
DK offered to contact Legacy Bank regarding funding for the HousingUS program.
The next meeting will be February 7, 2011 @ 3:15 PM.
Meeting adjourned at 3:50 PM.
