Minutes
Members present: Dave Klausemeyer (DK), Ellen Jacobson (EJ), Debbie Burke (DB), Olga Weiss (OW) and Kate McNulty-Vaughan (KMV).
Absent: Jo Anne Magee and Roscoe Sandlin.
Also in attendance: Mary Albertson (MA), Town Planner.
DK opened the meeting at 4:21 PM
OW made a motion to approve the March 7, 2011 Minutes. Seconded by DB and unanimously approved.
Discussion ensued regarding the proposed CPC funding recommendations. The CPC recommended $10,000 for the Affordable Housing Trust. OW is disappointed in this recommendation. DK and KMV said they are satisfied with this amount given the CPC’s commitment to Sawmill Brook.
The consensus of the members was to continue the discussion regarding CPA funding to April 11, 2011 at 3:15 PM.
DB made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:35 PM. DB seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.
