MA informed the Trustees that Katharine Klein, Kopelman and Paige, provided examples of fair housing marketing documents from Amherst and Norfolk.  MA provided copies of documents from Amherst and Norfolk.  She suggested that the Trustees follow the Norfolk check-list format.  Discussion ensued regarding the format for the Lenox check-list.  OW volunteered to prepare a draft check-list.  JM volunteered to prepare a draft flyer.

JM offered an update on her outreach efforts with banks.  The Bank of Canton, Berkshire Bank and Lee Bank still have funds available.  Hoosic Bank has limited funds available.  Given the popularity of the program the Trustees determined they should meet again next week to finalize the check-list and flyer.  The meeting will be Monday – May 13 @ 11:30 AM.  If a quorum is not available – the backup date will be Wednesday – May 15 @4:00 PM. MA will contact JAM and DB to determine their availability.
