Minutes
DK opened the meeting at 5:00 PM.
Members present: Dave Klausemeyer (DK), Chair, Jo Anne Magee (JM), Ellen Jacobson (EJ), Debbie Burke (DB), Kate McNulty-Vaughan (KMV), Jackie McNinch (JM) and Olga Weiss (OW).
Also in attendance: Mary Albertson (MA), Town Planner.
Minutes: JM made a motion to approve the January 17, 2012 Minutes with corrections. KMV seconded the motion and the Board voted 7-0 to approve.
FY’13 CPC Application: KMV and OW offered an update on the CPC application process. Last night DK made a presentation to the CPC. KMV and OW felt it was well received. They cautioned that it is a very competitive year. KMV and MA reminded Trustees to attend the February 27 CPC Public Information Hearing.
Other Business: JM asked if there was any new information regarding the land donation. MA said there was no new information. She has not heard from Frederick Keator. She believes he is still interested in working with the Trustees, but he has been out-of-town and not able to coordinate the plan review with Foresight Land Services. MA will follow-up with Mr. Keator.
MA said the JM offered research on Lenox units offered on the MLS listing service priced under $180,000. The Trustees reviewed the information and thanked JM.
