Old Business
Martha made motion to approve Minutes of June 19, 2015, as written. Helene second, all in favor
New Business
1.Motion made to withdraw $524.90 from the town office Equipment-Maintenance Expendable Trust Fund (0047) for the purpose of technical and engineering services for computer hook ups in the Town Offices to Northledge Technologies. Letter from the Selectmen, invoice were reviewed. Check will be issued upon published minutes.
Martha made the Motion to accept, Helene second . All in favor.
2. NHPDIP has new Management as of August 1st, called Pemasset Mgt. LLC(PFM) NHPDIP has been off line for months and all entries have been manual.
3. Martha reviewed the advanced training program she attended in Concord given by the Trusts department of the Attorney General. They are very unclear about differentiating between private and public funds. Spent way too much time on Right to Know and too little things like choosing investment advisors. Many of the people attending have been doing this for years. We have decided to call a few other towns and ask how they invest and whom they invest with.
