MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
JACKSON SCHOOL BOARD
Jackson Grammar School
November 3, 2011
1. Call to Order - A special meeting of the Jackson School Board was called to order at 4:35 p.m. Present were Andy Kearns, Keith Bradley, Genn Anzaldi, Lauren Synnott, Carl Nelson and Fred Nemeth.
2. Appointment of New School Board Member - Motion was made by Keith Bradley, seconded by Lauren Synnott, to appoint Fred Nemeth to the Jackson School Board to fill the vacancy created by Joe Kopitsky’s resignation. The motion passed 4-0-0.
3. Any Other Business – Keith discussed the Jackson late bus and a Bartlett student riding to Jackson. The Board did not have a problem with it.
Motion was made by Keith Bradley, seconded by Genn Anzaldi, to go into Nonpublic Session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 II. The motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Nonpublic Session Minutes
The Board discussed a personnel issue.
4. Motion was made by Genn Anzaldi, seconded by Keith Bradley, to return to Public Session and adjourn. The motion passed unanimously at 5:00 p.m.
