MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
JACKSON SCHOOL BOARD
Jackson Grammar School
March 2, 2011
1. Call to Order: A special meeting of the Jackson School Board was called to order at 4:00 p.m. Present were Keith Bradley, Genn Anzaldi, Lauren Synnott, Joseph Kopitsky, Gayle Dembowski, Bob Gadomski, and Carl Nelson.
2. Nonpublic Session: Motion was made by Genn Anzaldi, seconded by Joe Kopitsky, to enter into Nonpublic Session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 II. The motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Nonpublic Session Minutes
The Board discussed a personnel issue.
Motion was made by Joe Kopitsky, seconded by Lauren Synnott, to return to Public Session. The motion passed unanimously at 4:50 p.m.
3. Any Other Business: The Governor’s budget, retirement funds, ($13,989), and building matters ($34,000) were discussed.
4. Adjourn: Motion was made by Lauren Synnott, seconded by Joe Kopitsky to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously at 5:00 p.m.
