Discussion of Prospect Farm's updated kiosk and maps with Don Johnson
            Eliminate timber sale boundaries
Mark vistas, cellar holes, trails, mountains
Get the new logging road on map
It was suggested that we leave off the Jackson Ski Touring trails so that it doesn’t become too confusing.
Should we try to put Prospect Farm into a conservation easement? We need to contact William Abbott or someone at USVLT to see what it would take.

We reviewed the minutes from April 2014 and unanimously approved them as amended.

Jackson Falls
We discussed what we can use instead of flagging tape to be more aesthetically pleasing. Perhaps twine or natural looking rope.

We reviewed the write-up on the falls for the Town column and will be sending it to the Conway Daily Sun soon

Wetlands Permit
Tin Mountain would like permission to put woody debris into Great Brook off of Doublehead Drive on Steve Weeder's property in order to restore brook trout habitat. No one present had any issues with this.

Couture Property...
ZBA hasn't voted yet but it looks like they are going to give him permission. DES was on site a few weeks ago and he's on track to minimize spring runoff.

Letter from DES on the Black Mountain fire pond. Don Bilger now owns the pond. No longer owned by Levine.. John Fichera received permission to put the sand bags into the river to divert water into the pond. Now that it's spring he is removing the sand bags from the pond. He's been given a plan to fix the pond and is implementing the early stages.

Bridge on Gray's Inn property is collapsing. It needs to be re-built. The commission discussed working more closely with Jackson Cross Country..

Knotweed on Gray’s Inn Property
We'll try to organize a work session via e-mail.
