Each of the Selectmen asked several questions, and expressed differing opinions, and each thanked the committee for their hard work and comprehensive study. To be decided was whether or not to place meters within the Kenberma Parking area, whether to allow 15 minutes or 30 minutes free time; whether to allow one-hour or two-hour parking limits; whether to have parking limits the same in all districts, or vary the limits in accordance with location.
Reilly told the Committee that he will have another meeting scheduled.

Burns asked Finn, who is the on-site engineer working on the Fitzpatrick Way Bridge reconstruction, what the completion date is expected to be. Finn responded that he could not answer that but that Skip McCord, Assistant Resident Engineer, would be the one to contact.
LICENSES
Unanimously approved a Livery Vehicle License and Livery Badge to Michael Haynes, 84 Atlantic Avenue on two motions from Hersch, and two seconds by McLaughlin.
TOWN MANAGER
McCabe reported on a number of items: He said that as the Free Cash has now been certified he was requesting a date from the Board to meet with the Finance Committee on the upcoming budget; informed the Members that Steve Lathrop is willing to cover the CAC meetings from now until Town Meeting; received two proposals for the “Green Building” and will follow-up next week; and that he will have the number of parking spaces for the Request for Proposal at Nantasket Pier for next week.
A Citizen's Petition directing the Selectmen to pursue the enrollment calculations at the South Shore Charter School was read by Reilly, who said that the total enrollment claimed is 376, and he questioned the validity of that figure as the capacity of the Charter School is 355. He also asked to find some way to verify names and addresses of students enrolled as of March 15th.
