HULL CONTRIBUTORY RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING
November 21, 2017

The regular meeting of the Hull Contributory Retirement Board, duly posted to be held, Town Hall, Hull, MA on the above date was called to order at 8:36 a.m. Present were, Members, Gregory Galvin, Mike Buckley, Brian Thompson, John King (8:45) and Retirement Administrator Lauren Durham. John Reilly was absent.
In accordance with the open meeting law, the Chair was notified and it was announced that Lauren Durham was making and audio recording of the meeting.
Minutes:
Brian Thompson made a motion, seconded by Greg Galvin to approve the minutes from the October 24, 2017 regular Board meeting with corrections.

Brian Thompson made a motion, seconded by Greg Galvin to approve and sign the Bill Warrant for November 2017.

Notice of Injury:
The Board noted injury reports on behalf of the following employees.
Sean Cannon, Hull Fire Department. Date of Injury 11/4/2017.
Buyback Request:
Brian Thompson made a motion, seconded by Greg Galvin to approve the request on behalf of Sean Carroll of the Hull School Department to purchase service from September 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017, when he was contributing to OBRA rather than the Hull Retirement System. Mr. Carroll has been a member of the system since 2015, but returned to school this year as a .4 employee. Total cost to purchase .4 months of service is 82.60. Mr. Carroll plans to roll the full balance over from OBRA.

Review Discussion:
The Board was presented with the Ullico Fiduciary Insurance Policy for review. Greg Galvin made a motion, seconded by Brian Thompson to accept the policy as present for 10/1/2017 through 10/1/2018.

Updates:
The October PRIM Update was not available at this time but will be made available at the December meeting.
Mike Buckley authorized $275,000 to be liquidated from PRIT.
There was no information mail for the Board to review this month.
The Board’s next scheduled meeting is for Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. In the Selectman’s Meeting Room. Meeting adjourned: 8:56 a.m.__________
