MINUTES
HULL CONTRIBUTORY RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING
April 20, 2005
The regular meeting of the Hull Contributory Retirement Board, duly posted to be held in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Town Hall, Hull, MA on the above date was called to order at 9:07 a.m. Present were Leonard Colten, Chairperson, Members Ann MacNaughton and James Yacobucci and Retirement Administrator Marcia Bohinc.
On a motion by Jim Yacobucci, seconded by Ann MacNaughton, the Board attested to the minutes of the March 30, 2005 regular Board meeting without changes.
The Board signed all bill warrants for April 2005.
The Board signed the April 2005 contributory payroll.
The Board reviewed the current year-to-date trial balance and cash accounts’ reconciliation without discussion.

The Board scheduled the next two regular Board Meetings for Wednesday, May 25, 2005 and June 29, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room.
