MINUTES
HULL CONTRIBUTORY RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING
February 26, 2003



The Hull Contributory Retirement Board meeting came to order in the Town Manager
The Board read all informational mail.

The Board signed all bill warrants.

The Board read and attested to the minutes for the January 23, 2003 board meeting without corrections.

The Board welcomed the new Administrative Assistant, Marcia Bohinc who will begin taking over Maria Hortaridis
The Board put the new member application for Judeth Van Hamm, Facilitator for the Hull School System on hold awaiting determination if she is eligible to be a Member in the Hull Contributory Retirement System.  Maria Hortaridis will follow-up and report back at next meeting.

A motion was made by Leonard Colten to confirm the engagement of Michael Sacco and Thomas Hickey, who have relocated to Kirkpatrick & Lockhart to continue as the Retirement Board
The Board discussed the declining decision of Travelers Insurance Company to renew the Retirement
All board members declined to attend both the MACRS Informational Seminars being held in March and the Middlesex Retirement System Tenth Annual Retirement Conference being held in April.
The Board announced their intent to grant a 3% increase per Memo #8 from PERAC regarding the COLA Notice.  This vote will be made in the March meeting.

The Board discussed the Retirement System
The Board reviewed a letter from Police Chief Donald Brooker dated January 16, 2003 regarding contributions due to the retirement system for the value of the personal use of his vehicle.  This amount is pending further deliberation.

The Board set a date for the next Board Meeting to be held on Wednesday,
March 26, 2003 at 9:00 a.m.

The Hull Contributory Retirement Board meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
