Minutes of Meeting— January 9, 2014
The Hudson Board of Appeals met in the Selectmen’s Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, Town Hall, Hudson, Massachusetts. At 7:00 PM, Joseph Peznola called the meeting to order.
Present: Joe Peznola, Dorothy Risser, Todd Pietrasiak, Darja Nevits, Christopher Tibbals, Jill Schafer and Teresa Vickery Clerk.
Petition 2005-20: Westridge, Minor Modification Request
Present was: David Eastridge, Thorndike Development
The Board is in receipt of a letter from David Eastridge dated December 12, 2013. Mr. Eastridge is requesting that the Zoning Board concur with the December 3rd decision of the Planning Board in which they accepted the proposed revision to the plan as a minor modification.
Mr. Eastridge explained that the applicant is seeking to replace nine single family units with ten attached buildings. This results in one additional unit than the most recently approved plan making the total 143 units. Mr. Eastridge explained that the reason for the change is that these type of units selling better than the single family units.
The Board had no issues with the request.
Joe Peznola, seconded by Dottie Risser, moved to accept the changes as minor modifications to the original Special Permit approved June 10, 2004.
Vote: 5-0-0, Jill Schafer not voting.

At 7:15 PM, Darja Nevits, seconded by Dorothy Risser, moved to adjourn.
Vote: 6-0-0, Unanimous
