Minutes of Meeting— November 23, 2012
The Hudson Board of Appeals met at the site of the Cabot Ridge Apartments, Hudson, Massachusetts. At 12:00 PM, Lawrence Norris called the meeting to order.
Present: Lawrence Norris, Joseph Peznola, Todd Pietrasiak, Jim Smith, Jill Schafer, Christopher Tibbals, Dorothy Risser and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
Petition 1036: Cabot Road, Site Walk

All were present to tour the site of the proposed Cabot Ridge site. The center of the road was staked as well as the four corners to all the buildings. The wetlands were flagged back in 2003 when the developer had received approval to build an office building on the site. The construction never began due to the state of the economy.
Mr. Devellis walked all in attendance through the entire site, stopping to reorient everyone one as to where they were relative to the plan. The site will require areas to be leveled and the fill will be used to elevate other areas. Any trees along the inside edge of the wetland will be removed.
There were no abutters present.
