Minutes of Meeting— October 8, 2009
The Hudson Board of Appeals met in the Selectmen’s Hearing Room, Town Hall, Hudson, Massachusetts. At 7:30 p.m., Vice Chairman Joe Peznola called the meeting to order.
Present: Joe Peznola, Dorothy Risser, Darja Nevits, James Smith and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
Petition 1008, 73 Lincoln Street, Accessory Dwelling Unit
Mr. Peznola stated that the applicant’s representative, Dana Pratt, has sent an email dated September 24, 2009 asking that the Board withdraw the petition without prejudice. There were several abutters present and Mr. Peznola briefly explained what this meant.
Dorothy Risser, seconded by James Smith, made a motion to withdraw the petition for 73 Lincoln St. without prejudice.
Vote: 5-0-0, Todd Petrasiak not voting
Minutes
James Smith, seconded by Dorothy Risser, made a motion to approve the minutes of September 10, 2009, as written.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Dorothy Risser, seconded by James Smith, made a motion to approve the Executive Session minutes of September 10, 2009, as written.
Vote: 3-0-1, Darja Nevits abstaining.

At 7:45 PM, Joe Peznola, seconded by Darja Nevits, moved to adjourn.
