Town of Hudson - Board of Selectmen
Minutes –November 18, 2013

69 Brigham Street 7:00 PM
Present were Messieurs Lucy, Durant, Yates, and Vereault, and Attorney Cipriano. Ms. Santos was also present.
Selectmen to consider award and authorization to sign contract with G.V.W. Inc. of Boston in the amount of $130,870 for the Phase II renovations at Fire Station 1.
On a motion by Mr. Lucy, seconded by Mr. Durant the Board voted 3-1 to approve the contract. Mr. Vereault opposed.
Selectmen to consider signing a Community Innovation Challenge Grant Application with Marlborough and Framingham to implement a complete streets program.
On a motion by Mr. Lucy, seconded by Mr. Durant the Board voted 4-0 to sign the Community Innovation Challenge Grant.
On a motion by Mr. Lucy, seconded by Mr. Durant the Board voted 4-0 to adjourn.
