Town of Hudson - Board of Selectmen
Minutes –Wednesday, November 13, 2013
78 Main Street 2nd Floor 7:00 PM
Present were Messieurs Durant, Lucy, Quinn, Vereault, Yates, and Cipriano. Ms. Santos was also present.
Selectmen to vote to go to into Executive Session and subsequently return to Public Session.
Selectmen to meet in Executive Session to discuss and conduct contract negotiations with the new Executive Assistant. Vote to return to Public Session.
On a motion by Mr. Durant, seconded by Mr. Lucy, the Board voted by roll call, 5-0 to enter into executive session to discuss and conduct contract negotiations with nonunion personnel and to seek advice of Counsel, to return to public session.
Selectmen to vote on new Executive Assistant’s Contract.
The Board reconvened in Public Session.
4. Adjourn:
On a motion by Mr. Durant, seconded by Mr. Vereault the Board voted 5-0 to adjourn.
