Town of Hudson - Board of Selectmen
Minutes –May 6, 2013
69 Brigham Street 7:00 PM
Present were Messieurs Vereault, Lucy, Durant, Yates, Quinn, Blazar, and Cipriano. Ms. Santos was also present.
Board to elect officers.
Mr. Vereault called the meeting to order and opened the floor for nominations.
Mr. Yates nominated Mr. Lucy for Chairman and Mr. Quinn nominated Mr. Durant for Chairman. By roll call the Board voted by a margin of 3-2 to appoint Mr. Durant as Chairman. Mr. Yates and Mr. Vereault voted for Mr. Lucy.
On a motion by Mr. Durant, seconded by Mr. Quinn the Board voted by a margin of 5-0 to appoint Mr. Lucy as Vice Chairman.
On a motion by Mr. Vereault, seconded by Mr. Yates the Board voted by a margin of 5-0 to appoint Mr. Quinn as Clerk.
On a motion by Mr. Lucy, seconded by Mr. Durant the Board voted by a margin of 5-0 to schedule a special meeting on May 13, 2013, to discuss the Request for Proposals and screening committee for the search for an Executive Assistant.
On a motion by Mr. Yates, seconded by Mr. Lucy the Board voted unanimously to adjourn.
