Town of Hudson - Board of Selectmen
Minutes –July 20, 2010

Present were Mr. Parente, Mr. Durant, Mr. McGourty and Ms. Burke
Selectmen to consider approval of an One-Day Entertainment License to the Hudson Youth Baseball/Softball for Fireworks Display at Riverside Park on July 23, 2010.
Linda Ghiloni was present to discuss her concerns regarding the location of the display.
On a motion by Mr. Durant, seconded by Mr. McGourty the Board voted 3-0-0 to approve the license with the following requirements:
- SITE APPROVAL BY STATE FIRE MARSHALL REQUIRED.
- FIRE DETAIL: 1 LIEUTENANT, 3 FIREFIGHTERS AND 2 AUXILIARY’S FIREFIGHTERS.
- POLICE DETAIL: TO BE DETERMINED BY POLICE CHIEF.
- FIRE MARSHALL’S INSPECTION MEETING TO INCLUDE LINDA GHILONI AND FIRE CHIEF JOHN BLOOD.
- SITE MUST BE RETURNED TO PLAYING CONDITION IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE EVENT.
- LOCATION OF DISPLAY AREA TO BE APPROVED BY LINDA GHILONI.
The Board adjourned at 8:10 am.
