1. Call to Order: 6:30 PM
Present were Messieurs Parente, Loura, Lucy, Blazar. Ms. Santos was also present.

Selectmen to review various departmental FY09 budget recommendations:

Selectmen to meet jointly with Board of Assessor’s to fill a vacancy.(continued to January 14, 2008).
On a motion by Mr. Loura, seconded by Mr. Parente, the Board voted by a margin of 3-0 to continued the joint meeting until January 14, 2008.
Selectmen to consider signing personnel contract with the Executive Assistant for fiscal FY09-FY011.
On a Motion by Mr. Parente, seconded by Mr. Loura, the Board voted by a margin of 2-1 to approve the contract. Mr. Lucy opposed.
Selectmen to conduct public hearing on FY09 Capital Plan – 7:00 PM
The Selectmen received a presentation from the Executive Assistant on the Multi-year Capital Plan for both cash and borrowing projects.
