Town of Hudson - Board of Selectmen
Minutes –April 10, 2006
1. Call to Order:
Present were Messieurs Durant, Parente, Loura, Leeber, Lucy, and Blazar. Also present was Ms. Santos.
2. Minutes to be Approved:
Public Session: March 27, 2006
The Board voted by a margin of 5-0 on a motion placed by Mr. Lucy, and seconded by Mr. Leeber, to approve the minutes.
3. Citizen’s Issues:
Richard Cadwgan was present to demand documentation from the Board for the statements made about him by Board members at their meeting of August 8, 2005. The Board declined to discuss the matter at any length until it could determine whether or not the minutes from the Executive Session of that date had been officially released.
In response to Mr. Cadwgan’s claim that he had been slandered by the Board, the Board reiterated that all public discussion of the “charges” to which Mr. Cadwgan has repeatedly referred, had come from him; not the Board members. Mr. Cadwgan submitted a written statement to the Board, which statement is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
