Town of Hudson - Board of Selectmen
Minutes – December 6, 2004

1.      Call to Order:
Present were Messieurs Loura, Durant, Parente, Leeber, Lucy and Blazar. Also present were the Assistant Administrator/Director of Community Development, Ciccolo; and Office Manager, Santos.
2.      Minutes to be Approved:
Public Session: November 29, 2004
On a motion by Mr. Loura, seconded by Mr. Leeber, the Board voted by a margin of 5-0 to approve the minutes as amended.
Executive Session: November 29, 2004, Part I.
On a motion by Mr. Leeber, seconded by Mr. Parente, the Board voted by a margin of 5-0 to approve the minutes.
3.      Citizen’s Issues:
4.      Licenses:
Selectmen to consider approval of first list of annual license renewals.
On a motion by Mr. Lucy, seconded by Mr. Leeber, the Board voted by a margin of 5-0 to approve the renewals as presented with the exception of the Beer & Wine Packager Store license held by Victory Market.
On a motion by Mr. Lucy, seconded by Mr. Loura, the Board voted by a margin of 2-3 (the motion failed) to approve the renewal of the license held by Victory.
Selectmen to consider approval of a request by TAP Enterprises, Inc. for a transient vendor’s license to conduct a tool sale at the Hudson VFW (3 Palmieri Drive) on December 14, 2004 from 11:00 AM until 7:00PM.
On a motion by Mr. Lucy, seconded by Mr. Leeber, the Board voted by a margin of 5-0 to approve the license application.

On a motion by Mr. Parente, seconded by Mr. Leeber, the Board voted by a margin of 5-0 to note correspondence.
7.      Budget Hearings:
EA’s FY06 budget overview followed by consideration of individual accounts:
The Board voted on the individual accounts presented as indicated below. Mr. Durant voted against the amount requested for Health and Life Insurance.
