Selectmen to consider issuance of a One–Day Wine & Malt Pouring License to Alexis Gates for a birthday party to be held on August 12, 2017 between the hours of 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM at Roller Kingdom located at 5 Highland Park Avenue.
Selectmen to consider approval of the appointments of Matthew Sprague, Julia Terra-Salamão and Hanna Leckrone as seasonal/part-time pages for the Hudson Public Library at a rate of $11.00 per hour, effective July 11, 2017.
Selectmen to consider the approval of the appointments of William Brisbois, Patrick Donahue, Matthew O’Leary, Steve Powell and Francesco Sinopoli as W-2 Laborers for the DPW at a rate of $20.87 per hour, effective July 11, 2017.
Selectmen to consider appointing Ronald Sorgman to the Historical Commission for a term to expire on December 31, 2020.
Selectmen to note the resignation of Raymond Spellman from the Hudson Fire Department, effective July 3, 2017.
Selectmen to consider approval and authorization to sign a contract with The Millennium Insurance Agency for Benefits Administrator services in the amount of $8,500.00.
Selectmen to consider approval and authorization to sign a contract with Ambient Temperature Corp. for a new HVAC system for Town Hall in the amount of $398,300.00.
Note: Funded at November 2016 Town Meeting
Selectmen to discuss and consider renaming the Washington Street Bridge.
Selectmen to authorize the Chairman to sign a Capital Fund Program Amendment accepting a $109,366 grant for the Hudson Housing Authority for improvements to the Norma Oliver Village.
