Selectmen to meet in Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to potential litigation and challenges to the Massachusetts Energy Facilities Siting Board (MAEFSB) decision on the Eversource Petition, and or seek advice of counsel, where an open meeting may have detrimental effect on the position of the public body and the chair so declares.
