Selectmen to consider issuing a One-Day Beer & Wine Pouring License to Paul Betti – Intel for their Christmas and Good Bye Party to be held on December 9, 2015 from 2:00PM-6:00PM at 77 Reed Road (HD1).
Selectmen to consider issuing a One-Day Beer & Wine Pouring License to Giggi Berube – Giggi’s Bridal for their Grand Re-Opening to be held on November 13, 2015 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at 51 Main Street.
Selectmen to consider issuing an Entertainment License to the Hudson Business Association for the Holiday Stroll, to be held on December 5, 2015 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at Hudson Town Hall.
Selectmen to consider issuing a Christmas Trees & Wreath Sales license to William Carr at 21 Washington Street from November 23, 2015 to December 24, 2015 between 9:00AM-9:00PM.
  • Personnel:
Selectmen to consider designating the position of Seasonal Part-Time Youth Basketball Supervisor & Special Events Staff as Special Municipal Employee position.
Selectmen to consider approval of appointment of Steven Walsh, Jr. as Auxiliary Fire Fighter.
Selectmen to note the resignation of Christopher Sandini from the Finance Department effective November 11, 2015.
  • Contracts:
Selectmen to consider approval of $139,259 to fund the Local 1713 I.A.F.F. contract for FY2016.
Selectmen to consider approval of contracts with various vendors for the 2015-2016 Snow Plowing & Snow Hauling season.

  • General:
Selectmen to consider amending the Traffic Rules & Regulations under Article IV-Standing, Stopping and parking Section 12A:  Additional Limited Duration Parking, by deleting the following:  “except that on Thursdays the limited parking time shall apply between the hours of 9:00A.M. and 9:00P.M”.
Selectmen to consider approval of INET Fund Transfer in the amount of $3,900 for the Cellucci Town Hall Memorial Security Cameras.
Selectmen to consider acceptance and authorization to sign an Emergency Preparedness grant in the amount of $4,460.
