Selectmen to conduct a hearing on an application to Alter Premises of an All Alcohol Pouring License from Karmichael Holdings LLC d/b/a Rail Trail Flatbread at 31-33 Main Street.
  • Licenses:
Selectmen to consider approval of a one-day Wine & Malt pouring license to Jessica Gonzalez for a 30th birthday event to be held on February 22, 2014 between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM at Roller Kingdom located at 5 Highland Park Avenue.  
Selectmen to consider approval of a Monday through Saturday Entertainment License to Feng Restaurant between the hours of 6:30 PM and 10:00 PM at 191 Washington Street.
Selectmen to consider approval of the appointment of new Officers /Directors, for the Hudson Aerie no. 643 F.O.E., Alcohol Club Pouring License.  
Selectmen to consider approval of the appointment of new Officers /Directors, for the Riverside Gun Club Alcohol Pouring License.
Selectmen to consider renewal of a Fortune Teller License, d/b/a Hudson Psychic at 196 Washington Street.  
  • Personnel:
Selectmen to consider approval of appointment of George Colello and Kevin Luz as seasonal personnel for the Recreation Department.
Selectmen to note the resignation of James Saart from the Board of Health Department effective April 1, 2014.

Selectmen to consider award and authorization to sign a contract with Freeman Builders, Inc. for snow plowing.

Selectmen to consider membership in the Regional Transit Authority (RTA).  
Selectmen to consider approval of Chapter 90 Project Reimbursement  and Final Report Forms for the reconstruction of  a portion of Manning Street from Cox Street to Stow Town Line.
