Minutes of Meeting – June 16, 2015
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 PM, Bob D’Amelio called the meeting to order.
Present: Bob D’Amelio, Rodney Frias, Dirk Underwood, David Daigneault and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
2 Elaine Circle: Release Covenant
Ms. Vickery explained that the house at 2 Elaine Circle has been sold and that she has received a request from the buyers Attorney to have the covenant released.
Bob D’Amelio, seconded by Dirk Underwood, made a motion to release the covenant for 2 Elaine Circle.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Highland Commons, Discussion regarding sediment forebay wall
It was brought to the Board’s attention that work has been started on the sediment forebay wall at Highland Commons. The Board was unaware that work had begun. A discussion ensued regarding how the Board wishes to address the situation. Ultimately the Board suggested that Ms. Vickery send an email to James Boglioli requesting that they inform the Board when they will be seeking permits for the site. This will give the Board ample time to review any necessary information regarding the forebay as well as keep them updated as to the progress on it.
