Minutes of Meeting – May 19, 2015
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 PM, Bob D’Amelio called the meeting to order.
Present: Bob D’Amelio, Dirk Underwood, Tom Collins, David Daigneault and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
3 Hammond Circle: Release Covenant
Ms. Vickery explained that the house at 3 Hammond Circle has been sold and that Ms. Burke has received a request from the buyers Attorney to have the covenant released.
Tom Collins, seconded by Dirk Underwood, made a motion to release the covenant for 3 Hammond Circle.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Administrative
Dirk Underwood, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to authorize Teresa Vickery to sign permits for Northridge and Westridge Condominiums in the absence of a Planning Director.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Minutes
Bob D’Amelio, seconded by David Daigneault, made a motion to accept the minutes of April 7, 2015, as written.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Adjournment
Dirk Underwood, seconded by Tom Collins, moved to adjourn at 7:15 PM.
