Minutes of Meeting – March 17, 2015
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 PM, Rodney Frias called the meeting to order.
Present: Rodney Frias, Dirk Underwood, Tom Collins and Jennifer Burke, Planning Director
Review & Approval Retaining Wall at 186 Main Street
The terms of approval for this project required that the Board review and approve the material and color for the retaining wall on the site.
Ms. Burke had samples of the proposed wall material and color for the wall. She stated that when the samples were dropped off Mr. Morello explained that the building will be similar to the wall colors.
Rodney Frias, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to approve the material and color for the retaining wall at 186 Main Street.
Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous
186 Main Street / 14 High Street / 11 Manning Street, ANR
Present was: Austin Turner, Bohler Engineering
Mr. Turner explained that the applicant is subdividing the existing lot into two lots to prepare for development. This will establish a property boundary between the two parcels.
The Board had no issues.
Tom Collins, seconded by Dirk Underwood, made a motion to accept the plan entitled “Plan of Land Rite Aid” as drawn by Control Point Associates, Inc. of Southboro, MA and dated March 6, 2015 and Authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous

Dirk Underwood, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to accept the minutes of January 20, 2015, as written.
Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous
Minutes of February 3, 2015 were passed over to the next meeting as there were not enough members present who could vote.
