Minutes of Meeting – October 7, 2014


The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.  
At 7:00 p.m., Dirk Underwood called the meeting to order.

Present:  Dirk Underwood, Tom Collins, David Daigneault, Jennifer Burke, Planning Director and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.

14 High Street: Site Plan Review

Ms. Burke informed the Board that she in is receipt of an email dated October 2, 2014 send by Atty. Giannetti.  He is requesting the public hearing be continued to November 18, 2014 per the applicant request.

Tom Collins, seconded by David Daigneault, made a motion to continue the public hearing for 14 High Street to November 18, 2014 at 7:00 PM.

Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous.

Release of Covenant – Lot 41 Danforth Woods

Ms. Burke explained to the Board that when the Danforth Woods subdivision was being built there were covenants attached to the lots and many were never released.  The house is being sold and Ms. Burke has received a request from the buyers Attorney to have the covenant released.  

David Daigneault, seconded by Dirk Underwood, made a motion to release the covenant for lot #41 Danforth Woods Subdivision Section II, 69 Laurel Drive.

Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous.

Acceptance of Tri-Partite Agreement – Brigham Hill III

The Board is in receipt of a tri-partite agreement from Neil Fossile for phase II of the Brigham Hill III subdivision.  The amount of the agreement matches the amount requested by the DPW.  Mr. Fossile is also requesting that the lots in phase II be released.  The lots to be released are 17B, 18B, 24A – 34A.  

Tom Collins, seconded by David Daigneault, made a motion to accept the Tri-Partite Agreement for Brigham Hill III Subdivision Phase II and Authorize the Agent to sign.

Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous.

Tom Collins, seconded by Dirk Underwood, made a motion to release lots # 17B, 18B, 24A – 34A in the Brigham Hill III subdivision.

Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous.

Minutes

Dirk Underwood, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to accept the minutes of September 2, 2014, as written.

Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous.

Adjournment

Dirk Underwood, seconded by David Daigneault, moved to adjourn at 7:15 PM.

Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous
