Minutes of Meeting – August 5, 2014
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 p.m., Bob D’Amelio called the meeting to order.
Present: Bob D’Amelio, Dirk Underwood, Rodney Frias, Tom Collins and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
ANR – 39 Mason Street
Present was: Tom DiPersio, Thomas DiPersio, Jr. & Associates, Inc.
The Board is in receipt of a request to add a lot line in order to create a lot at 39 Mason Street. The Board had no issues with the plan.
Rodney Frias, seconded by Bob D’Amelio, made a motion to accept the plan entitled “Plan of Land in Hudson, MA” as drawn by Thomas Land Surveyors & Engineering Consultants, Inc., Hudson, MA and dated June 16, 2014 and authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Adjournment
Tom Collins, seconded by Rodney Frias, moved to adjourn at 7:10 PM.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
