Minutes of Meeting – February 4, 2014
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 p.m., Bob D’Amelio called the meeting to order.
Present: Rodney Frias, Dirk Underwood, Tom Collins, David Daigneault and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
10 Old North Road – OSRD Application, Cont.
The Board is in receipt of a letter from Irene Gerwick dated January 29, 2014. She requests the public hearing for 10 Old North Road be continued to March 18, 2014.
Dirk Underwood, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to continue the public hearing for 10 Old North Road until March 18, 2014 at 7:00 PM.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Cabot Ridge Apartments, ANR
The applicant is seeking to shift lot lines in order to conform to the Comprehensive Permit that was approved by the Zoning Board in August 2013.
Dirk Underwood, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to accept the plan entitled “Plan of Land Cabot Road Hudson, MA” as drawn by Bay Colony Group, Inc., Foxborough, MA and dated December 26, 2013 and authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous

Rodney Frias, seconded by David Daigneault, made a motion to accept the minutes of January 7, 2014, as written.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
