Minutes of Meeting – March 5, 2013
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 p.m., Robert D’Amelio called the meeting to order.
Present: Robert D’Amelio, Dirk Underwood, Rodney Frias, Jennifer Burke, Planning Director and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
ANR – 1 Hammond Circle
Present was: Thomas DiPersio, Jr, Thomas Land Surveyors
Mr. DiPersio stated that the applicant is requesting an ANR to swap parcels between two lots.
Rodney Frias, seconded by Bob D’Amelio, moved to accept the plan entitled “Plan of Land in Hudson, MA” as drawn by Thomas Land Surveyors & Engineering Consultants, Inc. of Hudson, MA and dated February 20, 2013 and Authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous
ANR – 161 Broad Street
Present was: Jack Sargent, Wildwater Development
Mr. Sargent is requesting that the Board accept the ANR in order to deed a separate parcel in the rear of the property to be deeded to 153 Broad Street.
Rodney Frias, seconded by Bob D’Amelio, moved to accept the plan entitled “Plan of Land in Hudson, MA” as drawn by Foresite Engineering of Stow, MA and dated February 5, 2013 and Authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous

Bob D’Amelio, seconded by Dirk Underwood, moved to adjourn at 7:15 PM.
