Minutes of Meeting – October 15, 2013
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 p.m., Bob D’Amelio called the meeting to order.
Present: Bob D’Amelio, Rodney Frias, Dirk Underwood, Tom Collins, David Daigneault and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
ANR – Tower Street
Present was: Scott Hayes, Foresite Engineering
Jodi Hayward, Stella Partners Realty Trust
Mr. Hayes informed the Board that the applicant is seeking to shift the lot lines in order to create six buildable lots. The land is currently used for parking for an industrial building on the opposite side of the street. The parking is not used as parking has been moved behind the building.
All the lots exceed the requirements for frontage and area.
Ms. Hayward explained that there is plenty of parking. The front entrances are being moved to the back and the parking will be redirected to the back.
The Board agreed that if there is an issue with parking it was self imposed.
Rodney Frias, seconded by Bob D’Amelio, made a motion to accept the plan entitled “ Plan of Land on Tower Street in Hudson, MA” as drawn by Foresite Engineering, Stow, MA and dated September 30, 2013 and Authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 5-0-0, Unanimous.

Bob D’Amelio, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to approve the minutes of September 17, 2013, as written.
Vote: 5-0-0, Unanimous.

Tom Collins, seconded by Dirk Underwood, moved to adjourn at 7:15 PM.
