Minutes of Meeting – February 19, 2013
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 p.m., Robert D’Amelio called the meeting to order.
Present: Robert D’Amelio, Dirk Underwood, Tom Collins, David Daigneault and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
Brigham Hill III, Bond Reduction
The Board is in receipt of a bond reduction request for Brigham Hill III. Mr. Fossile is requesting that the bond be reduced to $370,572.50. The Board agreed to release $500,000. The remaining balance is $750,697.50.
Dirk Underwood, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to release the amount of $500,000 for Brigham Hill III.
Vote: 3-0-1, Mr. Daigneault opposed.

Dirk Underwood, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to accept the minutes of January 15, 2013, as written.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Cancel Meeting
Dirk Underwood, seconded by Bob D’Amelio, made a motion to cancel the Planning Board meeting for March 19, 2013 for lack of quorum.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Adjournment
Bob D’Amelio, seconded by David Daigneault, moved to adjourn at 7:15 PM.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
