Minutes of Meeting – October 25, 2012
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 10:00 a.m., Tom Collins called the meeting to order.
Present: Dirk Underwood, Tom Collins, David Daigneault, and Jennifer Burke, Planning Director.
Coolidge Street Land Taking
Ms. Burke explained that this land taking relates to the signal at the westerly entrance to Highland Commons. It was discovered that the engineer added a Planning Board signature block. In order for Town Counsel to record the plan the Board needs to accept the plan and authorize the Agent to sign it.
Tom Collins, seconded by Dirk Underwood, made a motion to accept the Plan of Road in the Town of Hudson Middlesex County Altered and Laid Out As a Town Way By the Town of Hudson dated September 27. 2011 and authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous
