Minutes of Meeting – February 7, 2012
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 p.m., Bob D’Amelio called the meeting to order.
Present: Bob D’Amelio, Rodney Frias, Dirk Underwood, David Daigneault, Jennifer Burke, Planning Director.
ANR – White Pond Road
Present was: Tom DiPersio, Sr., Thomas Land Surveyors
The Board had no issues with the Plan.
Dirk Underwood, seconded by Bob D’Amelio, moved to accept the ANR for the plan entitled “Plan of Land in Hudson, Massachusetts” as drawn by Thomas Land Surveyors & Engineering Consultants, Inc. of Hudson, MA and dated December 9, 2011 and Authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Planner’s Report
Bond Reduction – Oak Ridge Estates
The Board is in receipt of a bond reduction request for Oak Ridge Estates. Ms. Burke noted that there are still two unfinished lots therefore the Board should release all but $10,000. The street was accepted last year and the DPW has no issues with the road.
Dirk Underwood, seconded by Bob D’Amelio, made a motion to reduce the bond for Oak Ridge Estates to $10,000.
Vote: 3-0-1, Rodney Frias abstained
Bond Reduction – Elaine Circle
The Board is in receipt of a bond reduction request for Elaine Circle. Ms. Burke informed the Board that it has been a year since Elaine Circle was accepted. At the time of the street acceptance $10,000 was held as two lots remained unfinished. Ms. Burke told the Board that she signed off on final occupancy of those lots last fall. There are no issues with the road.
Rodney Frias, seconded by Dirk Underwood, made a motion to release the remaining $10,000 for Elaine Circle.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Discussion – Amend Zoning By-Law: Wireless Communication Facilities
Ms. Burke informed the Board that she has submitted a warrant for the May Town Meeting for an amendment to the wireless communications by-law. It is a correction to the map and parcel numbers that are on the by-law, they were incorrect thus causing confusion.

Bob D’Amelio, seconded by Dirk Underwood, made a motion to accept the minutes of October 18, 2011, as corrected.
Vote: 3-0-1, David Daigneault abstained

Bob D’Amelio, seconded by Rodney Frias, moved to adjourn at 7:30 PM.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
