Minutes of Meeting – August 3, 2010
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 p.m., Rodney Frias called the meeting to order.
Present: Rodney Frias, Tom Collins, Dirk Underwood, David Daigneault, Jennifer Burke, Planning Director and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
Planner’s Report
Wireless Communications Overlay District By-Law
Ms. Burke informed the Board that she has made some changes to the existing By-Law and will be submitting for the November Town Meeting Warrant. She had the Board review the proposed changes for their input.
The Board unanimously decided that they would prefer that the Board of Appeals sponsor the article for Town Meeting as it is under their purview.

Present was: Tom DiPersio, Sr., Thomas Land Surveyors
Mr. DiPersio presented the plan to the Board. Mr. DiPersio explained that the applicant is seeking to create a separate parcel that will be deeded to an abutter.
The Board had no issues with the plan.
Dirk Underwood, seconded by Thomas Collins, made a motion to accept the plan entitled “Plan of Land in Hudson, MA” as drawn by Thomas Land Surveyors and Engineering Consultants of Hudson, MA dated June 30, 2010 and authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous

Dirk Underwood, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to accept the minutes of June 15, 2010
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
